Phil Clayton, Managing Director
Originally from Birmingham and now living in South Yorkshire, Phil joined Physio Med as MD in 2002. After a period in the RAF, Phil moved into recruitment, spending eight years as a Regional Manager for Prime Time Recruitment.
Phil, who has recently overseen the conversion of the new Physio Med headquarters, prides himself on ensuring the business provides high levels of customer service and exceptional value for money.

Mark Fletcher, Clinical Director
Mark has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for 23 years, running his own practice in Guiseley, West Yorkshire, before launching Physio Med. Originally from Stockton-on-Tees, Mark was also head physio for rugby Super League team the Bradford Bulls between 1999 and 2002.
Mark oversees the clinical direction of the business but also still spends a proportion of his time on clinical practice at Physio Med's HQ and in the original Guiseley clinic.

Jake Fletcher, Sales Director
Jake's career in sales and account management has taken various roles including that of National Accounts Manager at Prime Time Recruitment. He has been involved with Physio Med from the very beginning, supporting brother Mark in establishing the business and helping to build it into the business it is today.
Jake takes the vital role of developing strong client relationships and helping to establish new ones as the business continues to grow.

Nikki Harris, Head of Development
Having qualified from the Middlesex Hospital School of Physiotherapy, Nikki has 16 years' experience of leading and deploying national occupational health musculoskeletal services.
Nikki, who is also a qualified fitness centre instructor and attained distinction in her post graduate qualification in ergonomics, combines her clinical skills and commercial customer experience to develop leading-edge, evidence based musculoskeletal rehabilitation products/services for Physio Med. She supports Mark on clinical governance matters and works closely with customers to develop wellbeing strategies and associated products.
