Our goal is to return referred employees to pre-injury state and their normal duties as quickly and safely as possible - all the time keeping an eye on your bottom line. Employees are guaranteed to speak to our triage team within four hours of being referred and will be assessed within three days, with a maximum of 30 minutes travel time if they need hands-on treatment.
At Physio Med we believe healthy employees means healthy profits and so we do whatever it takes to provide the best service and allow you to get on with running your business. You will have a dedicated relationship manager, we deliver bespoke, business-relevant management information and our directors are always available to help when needed.
PAL - our innovative Physiotherapy Advice Line - delivers quick, evidence-based, expert intervention and advice from senior Chartered Physiotherapists. Employees are provided with an individually tailored web-based self-management plan, consisting of advice and video exercises. Clients who currently use PAL report a 30% reduction in their physiotherapy spend in comparison to a face-to-face provision.
