Management Information

We have a specific Management Information (MI) Policy which has two distinct parts:

  • Gathering MI from our customers and within Physio Med
  • Exploiting MI to the mutual benefit of our customers (with their agreement) and Physio Med

The gathering of information that drives our MI reports comes from 3 different areas:

  1. The Patient Journey (Triage, Outcome Summary Reports and Patient Satisfaction Surveys)
  2. The Customer Journey (Referral Form's and Client Satisfaction Surveys)
  3. The latest research within the public domain

Exploiting the information gives:

  • Continuous improvement
  • Contract reports and reviews
  • Business benefit case studies
  • Internal/external communication

We also routinely report contract performance (KPI's etc.), issues/complaints raised and satisfaction surveys to our Board.
