Job Site Analysis is an assessment of the individual employee’s working environment and its impact on their functional abilities at work.
An assessment is undertaken when the main barriers are work duties or work environment. It is an assessment of the worksite to achieve resolution of pain symptoms or disability for the individual at work or returning to work after injury/disability who is experiencing on-going difficulties.
The assessment includes:
- Employee education
In order to identify barriers and eliminate risk factors impacting the employee and the completion of work tasks.
The outcome summary report may include recommendations related to:
- Reorganisation of the working environment
- Job task modifications
- Work habit changes and /or adaptive equipment
To assist the employee to return or remain in work in a safe manner.
