We keep people fit and well

Our ultimate aim is to minimise reactive services. At this level we educate the workforce on how to keep fit and healthy and how to self-manage existing conditions through face-to-face classes and providing healthy lifestyle and exercise materials.

Well-being Zone

Our Well-being zone gives you a taster of the wealth of resources we have available. We offer this as a free resource to provide employers and employees with the tools they need to improve their fitness and well-being.

Client Portal

Our client portal provides access to our full catalogue of well-being resources. This includes valuable insight and guides for employers and our extensive range of resources to help your employees keep fit and well.

Educational Resources

Our “Know Your Body” online knowledge base and our in-depth articles on specific injury and condition management is an excellent set of resources that complement our range of exercise and rehabilitation videos and info-graphics.

Growing all the time our articles cover common, yet specific and debilitating injuries and contain great detail of the human musculoskeletal system and why particular problems occur, and can if not treated be chronic, reducing our employee’s standard of living, increasing their sickness absence or reducing productivity.

As the situation with regards to the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we believe it’s everyone’s responsibility to provide help and support wherever possible. With our technology, free guides and videos, we feel we can make a contribution to the situation today.

In order to continue to provide physiotherapy services to our clients past, present and future, we are now offering an alternative provision in the form of a Telehealth service, which will allow patients to speak to senior physiotherapists for advice, motivation and recommendations of techniques to help manage their conditions.
