Growing all the time our articles cover common, yet specific and debilitating injuries and contain great detail of the human musculoskeletal system and why particular problems occur, and can if not treated be chronic, reducing our employee’s standard of living, increasing their sickness absence or reducing productivity.

Doing regular physical activity can make you feel good about yourself and it can have a number of benefits for your health.

We can create specific well-being classes for your workforce and we also provide “off the shelf” tried and tested exercise programmes through our client centre, which is free to access for all of our clients. In our client centre we have a range of videos, info-graphics, and in depth articles and is supported by our Know Your Body online knowledge centre, which is again free to access for all of our clients.

Specific exercise for injuries and conditions together with upkeep of general health and fitness is critically important for keeping sickness absence levels low and productivity high.

Exercise should be a part of all our lives, it improves our strength and muscular endurance, flexibility and maintains a healthy heart.

Injuries and specific conditions can be managed and improvements can be made through exercise and rehabilitation techniques. We provide your workforce with access to general exercise content and specific injury condition management and rehabilitation material so that your workforce can remain healthy, happy and productive.

Exercise content is free of charge to all of our clients and includes; videos, info-graphics, in-depth articles and access to our “Know Your Body” online knowledge base.

 Infographics At Physio Med we encourage patients/employees to take regular exercise and we provide Simple Exercise Programs in video or info-graphic format to aide this.

The info-graphics are designed to be put on walls in:
