Ergonomic assessments are commonly used for DSE (includes standardised assessment by qualified Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist)
Covering the specific work enviroment and any equipment used, for example, chair, desk, car, or machinery.
This would include specific items e.g. types of chairs
Delivered in the workplace
Assessor and patient attend the workplace/station/vehicle (please note a private area for part of the assessment is required).
Depending on the complexity of the requirements an ergonomic assessment can take between 1 and 3 hours.
